By downloading or using the AfterDark Radar app, these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to send spam, harass others, or post illegal content.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the app. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Ticket Sales and Transactions

AfterDark Radar is a platform for discovering and promoting events. We do not handle ticket sales or process payments for event attendance. Any ticket purchase or financial transaction related to an event is strictly a private agreement between you and the event organizer. AfterDark Radar is not responsible for any disputes, refunds, or issues arising from these transactions.

6. Business Event Cancellation Policy

For business users who post events on AfterDark Radar:

• First-Time Cancellation Credit: If you cancel a posted event for the first time, you will receive a one-time credit equivalent to the event posting fee. This credit can be applied toward your next event posting.
• Subsequent Cancellations: Cancellations after your first time will not be eligible for credits or refunds. The event posting fee is non-refundable for any cancellations beyond the first occurrence.
• Credit Validity: The one-time cancellation credit does not expire and will remain in your account until used.
• Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to revoke cancellation credits if we detect abuse of this policy.
